More than 20 percent of Millennials have never written a check to pay a bill! They don’t carry around much cash and many of them wouldn’t know where to find a check book if their lives depended upon it.
Every Sunday we pass around a plate, a bucket or a basket attempting to fund our missions and ministry to people who have no way of putting anything in those devices.
Let me be very clear, if you do not have an online giving platform set up and are actively using this system you are in danger of not being fully funded.
It is just that simply. The largest generation of people will not be able to give to your church much more than a few dollars unless you change direction. Yet amazingly the Church is still clinging to a technology that goes back well over 100 years ago!
